About Dinosaur Polo Club:
Dinosaur Polo Club is a Wellington based independent game development studio, founded by twins Peter and Robert Curry.
Their first release was the critically acclaimed puzzle strategy Mini Metro – a videogame about building and managing subway transit systems.
At the 2016 Independent Games Festival, Mini Metro won an award for “Excellence in Audio”, and was nominated for awards in three other categories: “Excellence in Visual Art”, “Excellence in Design”, and the “Seumas McNally Grand Prize”. Mini Metro also received a BAFTA nomination for “Debut Game” at the 12th British Academy Games Awards, as well as an honourable mention for “Best Debut” at the 16th Annual Game Developers Choice Awards.
